IMAGINE botanicals are distilled in aqueous solution separately, in small batches, in an artisanal and traditional way, and at the most suitable times
of the year with respect to the maturation of the botanicals themselves.
Only after an accurate quality control of each single distillate does the assembly that makes up the final product take place.
With this type of processing it is possible to guarantee, constantly for each production batch, a quality and stable distillate over time. The alembic used is a classic discontinuous copper distiller produced by the company "MÜLLER Pot Stills" and designed and engineered by Gianni Vittorio Capovilla recognized as one of the most famous master distiller in the world.

tasting notes
Upon visual examination, IMAGINE presents a consistent fluidity and is clear and transparent, without any type of degradation
over time even once opened. The nose is intense and broad
and immediately releases notes of juniper well balanced by the fresh citrus ones and the Mediterranean ones of sage and thyme.
The palate confirms the botanicals of juniper and Italian bergamot,
followed by extraordinary herbaceous sensations.
In the finish, a rich and persistent taste emerges accompanied
by enveloping and intriguing balsamic notes of ginger
and chilli pepper which further enhance
the complex aromatic bouquet of this non-alcoholic.
